Hvnd 600 million kids will face extreme water shortage by 2040: UN report Iranian officials on Friday slammed the interception of an Iranian passenger plane by a U.S. fighter jet in the skies over Syria as illegal, threatening action against Washington over the incident.Iran had said that one of its airliners, flying from Tehran to Beirut on Thursday, was harassed by fighter jets, but later landed safely in Lebanon. Bill Urban, a Central Command spokesman, told The Associated Press that a U.S. F-15 fighter jet conducted a standard visual inspection of the Iranian plane at a safe distance of approximately 1,000 meters 3,280 feet from the airliner.He said the inspection was meant to ensure the safety of U.S. coalition troops in al-Tanf in Syria as the plane was flying over that area. He said once the aircraft was identified as a passenger plane, the F-15 safely opened distance from the aircraft. Following on from this success, the manufacturer has announced a loan scheme for the Australian market.Loans will be provided by financial partner Community First Credit Union Community First and will be made available to households for the installation of a <a href=Link cup</a> SunPower residential rooftop system. Individual loans up to the value of AU$35,000 will be provided.The loan period is 10 years, although Community First has said that householders can pay off the loan early without penalty.SunPower said, in a statement today, that the solar installations would be tailored to meet a households electricity needs and that the savings on electricity will exceed the loan repayment.The Australian photovoltaic market remains dominated by the residential <a href=Link cup</a> rooftop market segment, with well in excess of 90% of all installations being installed by householders.
