Abtl Ravens Oweh strong so far in debut season The Lions Club of San Felipe is gearing up for the 12th Annual San Felipe Blues and Arts Fiesta. This year the event is taking place on March 16 and 17. It will be at El Dorado Ranch, at La Ventana del Mar. The funds of this year event will go to help build a new school in San Felipe for underprivileged children. Right now they don ;t have access to a proper education. The money will also help retain teachers at the school.
